This information provides NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) standard approach to the accreditation of any provider to deliver any ‘right to choose’ service under contract to it.
Any provider who is seeking to be accredited to deliver a ‘right to choose’ service (sometimes also known as Unrestricted Choice) should review and follow the detail presented within the three documents.
As an ICB we reserve the right to amend, or add further detail to the criteria and/or accreditation process.
It shall be the responsibility of the provider to ensure that it has asked for and checked what commissioning arrangements the ICB has in-place for the area that it is seeking accreditation for.
