People Strategy 2024-2027

Our organisation relies on its people. The People Strategy for NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board has been co-produced through our teams, our directorates and places and our staff networks. It has been informed by national policy, inclusive people practices and data from the national staff survey. It seeks to build on our strengths from over eight years of working together through a formal partnership and now as a statutory body.

The People Strategy is both the result of listening to our people and our response to the commitments set out in set out in the NHS People Promise that:
