The Remuneration and Nomination Committee is accountable to the Board for matters relating to remuneration, fees and other allowances (including pension schemes) for employees and other individuals who provide services to the Integrated Care Board. It will align Integrated Care Board remuneration with that of NHS partners in the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership whilst adhering to NHS England guidance and policy.
